All orders should arrive within 3-7 days after shipping date. You will receive all relevant information once we have shipped your purchase.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Please be sure to triple-check your address as Capital Cables (India) Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.

International Orders: we do not take responsibility for customs fees.

We have no control over transit times and what happens during transit. Once packages are given to the mail carrier. If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is what matters most to us 🤍 If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused and unworn items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

We quality check every product we ship out to our customers but if you happen to receive a faulty product, we are happy to offer exchange, refund or store credit.

We are not responsible for the misuse of our products.

Capital Cables (India) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with our return policy and are used or worn out. If customers wish to return it, they are responsible for sending it back to our address

Refunds will be processed minus the actual shipping fee (even if the customer paid for discounted shipping). Proof of shipping will be sent from our shop to the customer.

We reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee on a few items.
